My unique and intuitive style is to customize and intertwine integrative massage. I weave different styles of massage together with different variables of relaxation and deep and/or Thai yoga to create an individualized experience with each session.
I feel strongly stress can lead to body pain and inflammation. Our mind and body work as one and if one isn't feeling its best, it will affect the other. Massage therapy is necessary for longevity and quality of life. Integrative massage incorporates different techniques together in your session.
